Webhook in rules

Feature Request

I’d like to use webhook in rules. Not every single time a rule triggered. This will minimize unnecessary webhook triggers.

For example, I’d like to trigger a webhook only if a category rule is met.

    I would love to be able to use this to send a webhook to my email marketing SaaS when someone replies to an email broadcast with a keyword, so I can add a tag to their subscriber profile without having to do it manually! 🤩
