Crucial to learn from past email behavior and more importantly sort out existing inboxes by labeling, archiving as per the rules set. Some safety rails are required when processing past emails such as even tighter control over generating drafts, automatic replies to avoid sending out unintentional emails to old/past/already replied emails.
