Time rules per rule

I would be great if each rule had the ability to set a date/time constraint.

For example, Rule #1 only processes if it is between 8am and noon.

Rule #2: Only process from 11/12 at 9am until 11/15 at 5pm.

Rule #3, Only process on Tuesday or Thursday from 12-4.
