Love the product and support. However we mainly use the Outlook desktop app for Mac. Would love to see some kind of Outlook Plugin / Add-in that would allow:
-Rules configuration in the desktop app
-Using AI to rewrite or clean-up e-mails (instead of using Grammarly)
-Color coding / tagging e-mails in the inbox similar to what the Chrome extension does
