Can you clarify? What do you mean existing attachments? Attachments from that specific email or attachments that you manually choose for all followups?

Existing Attachment. For example, we sent a sales proposal with an attachment to five clients. Only two acknowledged it, while the other three did not respond. Follow up with a rule and include the existing attachment as a reference to encourage those who didn’t reply to respond.
