Change Send Email Address to any email address in Templates

When dealing with multiple sites on one platform we have to register with one email address, but we may have multiple businesses through that platform. We need to be able to change the from email address in templates to any email, not just the email address the email was sent to as most times this is an admin email address, and not the address we use to contact our users.
