Analytics on sent emails

I would like a feature that allows Snoooz to analyze the number of emails sent. I want to use that to set a filter for importance, so a rule could be if the number of times I emailed a person is greater than x in the last y days, apply this rule. Alternatively, if I have never emailed the user, use this rule, as they are likely a new user, spammer, newsletter recipient, etc.
