Snoooz now supports importing documents from SharePoint and Google Drive.

You can connect your Microsoft or Google workspace, select the files you want to import, and use them to train your Snoooz knowledge base.

This makes it easier to keep Snoooz aligned with your internal documents, support content, policies, product information, and process documentation.

You can now import:

• PDFs from SharePoint

• PDFs from Google Drive

• Company documents used for AI drafting and replies

• Knowledge base content your team already stores in Microsoft or Google systems

Once imported, Snoooz can use this information when drafting or replying to emails, helping responses stay more accurate and context-aware.
