1. Custom Categories:
You can now create custom categories in Snoooz by simply providing a name, description, and relevant keywords. Snoooz will automatically match incoming emails to the appropriate category. You can then set up rules for each category, allowing you to respond with a specific template or use AI for a tailored response for that category.
2. Knowledge-base Integration:
You can now improve your AI responses by training Snoooz with your own data. Simply, upload your FAQs, PDFs, or data from CRMs like Intercom, and Snoooz will incorporate this information to generate more contextually auto-replies. Each time a response is drafted, Snoooz will search your imported data to find the most relevant information, enriching the AI response.
