You can now connect Outlook Shared Mailboxes, including addresses like:

• support@company.com

• sales@company.com

• info@company.com

These mailboxes don't require their own password, making them ideal for teams that collaborate on customer communication.

Once connected, Snoooz supports all major automation features, including:

• AI draft creation

• Automatic replies

• Labels and categories

• Forwarding

• Routing

• Analytics

• And more

This update makes Snoooz an even better fit for customer support, sales, and shared team inboxes.

Setting up Snoooz is now easier for teams around the world.

You can now use the Snoooz web app in:

• 🇺🇸 English

• 🇫🇷 French

• 🇩🇪 German

• 🇮🇹 Italian

• 🇨🇳 Chinese

• 🇯🇵 Japanese

Simply choose your preferred language in your account settings, and the entire Snoooz interface will be translated automatically.

Good to know: Snoooz has always been able to draft and reply in multiple languages. This update translates the admin interface as well, making setup and day-to-day management much easier.

We plan to add even more languages in future releases.

We've expanded our Outlook integration.

In addition to the modern Outlook add-in, Snoooz now supports Outlook Classic.

This is perfect for users who:

• Still use the classic desktop version of Outlook

• Access IMAP or other non-Outlook email accounts through Outlook

• Prefer working directly inside the Outlook desktop application

We've also improved the Outlook add-in with multilingual support, so it automatically works in your preferred language.

Whether you're using the new Outlook or Outlook Classic, Snoooz is now available where you work.
